About Me

I am a web developer at Tambien, where I develop web applications for the manufacturing industry. These applications include webshops, landing pages, planning tools, and intranets. The variety of applications I’ve worked on has given me a skill set that covers a lot of different tools and technologies. I am always eager to learn new things, which is an important skill when working with technology, a field that is constantly changing.

I am a privacy and free software advocate, and spend a lot of my free time in the open-source space. Because of my strong beliefs about these topics, I try to be an active member of the community. I do this by not only contributing source code, but by representing projects, answering questions on the forums, or taking part in community activities.

This is one of the reasons I am an active member of the Codeberg e.V. non-profit organization. I think Codeberg is a great example of an organization that represents my personal beliefs.

I think it is very important to teach the new generation about technology, which is one of the reasons I am a volunteer at CoderDojo Tilburg, where I am a mentor and maintain the website and Nextcloud instance.
